Equal Opportunities and Anti-Discrimination – Our Actions

Within our projects – both those funded by the European Union and those independent of EU funds – we consistently take actions to raise awareness among partner companies about compliance with equal opportunities principles.

One of the key areas is the elimination of all forms of gender-based discrimination. We believe that equal treatment of women and men is not merely an obligation arising from legal regulations or project guidelines – it is above all the foundation of a healthy, modern and responsible organisation.

Therefore, we:

• raise awareness among companies about the importance of equality policies,
• provide practical guidance on creating a workplace free from bias,
• share knowledge and experience in applying equal-opportunity recruitment and development procedures,
• promote good practices that support equal access to promotion, training and project participation.

Our actions are not limited solely to meeting the formal requirements associated with the implementation of EU projects. We treat equality issues as an integral part of social responsibility and the long-term development of the partners with whom we collaborate.

We believe that implementing equal treatment principles in daily organisational practice:

• increases employee motivation and loyalty,
• strengthens the company’s image as a responsible and open employer,
• builds an organisational culture based on respect and mutual support.

The educational and advisory initiatives we have undertaken in this area have already been completed and have been positively received by our partners. This confirms for us that the shared pursuit of equality and the elimination of discrimination brings real benefits – both business and social.
