EN Our technology
The highly advanced technology we use is a symbol of the capability and openness of the human mind. We add to it the right measure, reliability and precision of execution. In this way we break inconvenient and outdated templates, making real what until now was impossible, unattainable, even unimaginable.
We manufacture forgings weighing from a dozen or so grams up to approx. 3.5 kg on Lasco hydraulic hammers. Our products are made to tolerance class E and F in accordance with the PN-EN 10243-1 standard. The transfer of experience and the application of modern technology from metallabs AG ensure a degree of product precision previously unseen in Poland.
We supply our customers with raw forgings, precisely pierced forgings, as well as finished products that have undergone additional processes (heat treatment, machining, electroplating).
We purchase the raw materials for forging production from reputable and certified Polish and German steelworks. We also have very good, proven and trustworthy service suppliers. These are both Polish and foreign companies.
Our products are characterised by:
- a narrowed range of weight and dimensional deviations,
- high mechanical properties,
- no variation for large batches of forged components.
Our modern machine park is a configuration of the best equipment available in the industry, which guarantees reliable operation of the production line and high quality of the manufactured products. We have machines and equipment from the leading brands in the forging industry. Among the flagship ones we can count hammers from the German company Lasco, induction furnaces from the Swiss company Amysa and the Polish company Termetal, Italian MIOS and Mecolpress presses and presses from the German company Muller-Weingarten. To manufacture dies and other tools we use a machining centre from the German company Hermle. Our laboratory is equipped with measuring and inspection devices from Magnaflux, EMCOTEST, Werth and Tesa, which allows us to maintain the highest product quality.
We have our own tool shop that allows us to produce tools as well as regenerate them very quickly. Thanks to this, we can manufacture a trial batch of products in a short time. Our highly qualified personnel, based on the customer’s documentation, ensure the completion of all stages of designing the tooling required for production. Die forgings are produced on tools of our own design. We have a team of process engineers designing the tooling.
The company is committed to maintaining the procedures and guidelines arising from the implemented Integrated Management System compliant with the ISO 9001 standard, as well as the IATF 16949 technical specification for the automotive industry. Furthermore, the company, in accordance with the also implemented ISO 14001, cares for the natural environment with commitment and full awareness.
