Our technology

The highly advanced technology we use is a symbol of the possibilities and openness of the human mind. We add to it the right measure, reliability and precision of execution. In this way, we break uncomfortable and outdated templates, we make real what was previously impossible, unattainable, even unimaginable.

We produce forgings weighing from several grams to approx. 3.5 kg using Lasco hydraulic hammers. Our products are made in class E and F tolerances in accordance with the PN-EN 10243-1 standard. The transfer of experience and the use of modern technology from metallabs AG ensures a degree of precision of products unprecedented in Poland.

We provide our clients with raw forgings, precision-slotted forgings, as well as finished products, subjected to additional processes (heat treatment, machining, galvanic treatment).

We purchase raw materials for the production of forgings from reputable and certified Polish and German steel mills. We also have very good, proven and trustworthy service providers. They are Polish and foreign companies.

Our products are characterized by:

  • narrowed range of weight and dimensional deviations,
  • high mechanical properties,
  • no hesitation for large batches of forged items.

Our modern machine park is a configuration of the best devices available in the industry, which guarantees the reliable operation of the production line and high quality of manufactured products. We have machines and devices from leading brands in the forging industry. The flagship ones include hammers of the German company Lasco, induction furnaces of the Swiss company Amysa and Polish Termetal, Italian presses MIOS and Mecolpress and the German company Muller-Weingarten. For the production of dies and other tools, we use a machining center of the German company Hermle. Our laboratory is equipped with measuring and control devices from Magnaflux, EMCOTEST, Werth, Tesa, which allows us to maintain the highest quality of products.

We have our own tool shop that allows for the production of tools, as well as their very quick regeneration. Thanks to this, we can produce a trial batch of products in a short time. Our highly qualified personnel, based on the customer’s documentation, ensures the implementation of all stages of designing the instrumentation necessary for production. The die forgings are made on the tools of our project. We have a team of technologists designing the tooling.

The company is obliged to follow the procedures and guidelines resulting from the implemented Integrated Management System compliant with the ISO 9001 standard, as well as the IATF 16949 technical specification for the automotive industry. In addition, the company, in accordance with the implemented ISO 14001, cares for the natural environment with commitment and full awareness.
